Twoje zadania:
- Delivering change and simplification to the product team transforming in country system, tools, processes into One Europe requirements
- Leading cross functional projects, owner of product road map
- Working with all business streams in understanding of change impacts for both risk and opportunities
- Leading commercial operation team in Czech republic . Country process and system owner
- Responsibility for system, process and training capabilities within Product team
- Representing product stream on project/ meetings with other teams and departments
- Using expert knowledge and being first point of contact for product team in resolving complex situations as well as day to day support with focus on simplification
Wymagania:
- University education ( Economics/IT) or 5 years experience in Retail ( FMCG industry)
- English – advanced C1 ( spoken & written)
- Proven track of project management experience
- Ability to prioritize, focus to details
- Proven record of managing team in changing business environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Work under pressure with limited supervision in international business environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and MS Access, VBA is advantage
