Twoje zadania:
- Support store Compliance Team in their daily work
- Ensure that compliance related store operational issues are being solved
- Ensure two ways communication between stores and HeadOffices' departments.
- Working together with CE Support offices' team on compliance related issues
- Analyze store compliance audit reports
- Handle project administration tasks of all projects, related to the Compliance team job and activities
- Organize trainings for the Compliance team
Wymagania:
- Previous working experience in store , preferably in Compliance related area(s)
- English language knowledge - intermediate level
- Proven track record of implementing and sustaining change
- Ability to engage people and influence others
- Experience in project management would be an asset
- Experience in training/development would be an asset
- Microsoft office program – intermediate level
- Managing Change, Communication skills, Presentation skills
