Twoje zadania:
- Managing process improvement through project life-cycle, within scope and budget.
- Assessing the financial impact of projects and preparing business case
- Managing dependencies to establish ways of work and alignment of approaches
- Providing high quality business process analysis and mapping to support strategic decision making
- Testing and trialling solutions prior to implementation to ensure that these are efficient and customer focused
- Developing full solutions and operating models to increase productivity and to improve customer experience
- Identifying and managing risks and issues, escalating where appropriate
- Managing solution development and implementation by building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Developing the right communication and training materials to support successful implementation
Wymagania:
- University or College degree
- Advanced level of English
- Analytical skills (including using relevant tools like Excel, etc.)
- Technology & Product Development skills
- MS Office (Power Point, Visio, etc.)
- Experience in delivering process improvement using relevant methodologies
- Management experience in multinational environment
- High quality of stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
