The Sales Operations Forecasting & Planning team is a part of the Sales organization and focuses on supporting sales people primarily with preparing their sales plan/forecast, verifying the results and managing opportunities. The team works closely with various departments within Motorola to support sales in achieving their orders and sales goals (Sales, Finance, Project Management, Supply chain, Strategy etc).

Channel Analyst (Sales Operations)

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
● Supporting all reporting requirements for the Channel organization.
● Producing quarterly reporting pack for senior management.
● Analysing channel data for management reports
● Supply chain demand forecasting support
● Maintaining and developing reporting tools for all channel business information
● Supporting Price Exception team with pricing & competitive report analysis
● Supporting other teams within Sales Operations organization - specifically covering for holidays and taking on ad hoc jobs as required
● Preparing ad hoc reports
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
● University degree preferably in the following areas: Economy, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
● 1-2 years experience in a similar role
● Very good written and spoken English; additional European language would be an asset
● Very good Excel knowledge
● Team player
● Attention to detail
● Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
● Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
