We are currently looking for Candidates for our Client for the following position:
CRM Administrator
Miejsce pracy: mazowieckie/ Warszawa

Responsibilities:
- Serves as primary point of contact for triage, prioritization, and resolution of incoming support tickets.
- Responsible for creation of reports & dashboards within Salesforce.
- Performs advanced CRM administration tasks including building and maintaining workflow rules, lightning processes, approval processes, custom formulas, custom report types, and reporting snapshots.
- Responsible for management of CRM platform (Salesforce) & marketing automation platform (ExactTarget) user accounts throughout their lifecycle, including setup, maintenance, and deactivation.
- Maintains automations in ExactTarget to ensure correct CRM data is syncing bi-directionally.
- Maintains on-demand catalog of training videos and documentation.
- Delivers ongoing training on CRM, marketing automation platform, and website CMS.
- Hosts weekly office hours to field ad-hoc requests and questions from users.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of hands on design and development experience with custom solutions on the Force.com platform, including work in APEX, VisualForce, application integration, and data migration
- Ability to manage multiple 3rd party products running on or integrated to Salesforce.com (CloudSync, Exact Target, Survey Monkey, etc)
Salesforce.com admin 201, admin 301 (preferred), dev 401 certification - Ability to manage custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, security configuration, complex workflows, and overall system configuration
- Experience performing administration of data manipulation tasks such as data loading, merging of duplicates, ownership and task assignments, etc.
- Resourceful and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into concise messages and presentations for management
- Desire to help people, solve problems and listen to intent and not just requests
- Technical experience and help desk background
- Very good communication skills
