Job Description:
- Taking care of customs clearance (export/import documentation and transactions)
- Harmonization of tariff schedule and system code
- Prepare and process all document related to deliveries, freight cost planning and custom clearance
- Control of delivery dates
- Allocating the correct license depending on type of goods being imported
- Good knowledge of German (B2 minimum)
- Min. Secondary education
- Willingness to work on shifts (24/7)
- Good knowledge of English (B2 minimum)
- Experience in liaising with customs authorities; familiar with customs/ excise duties & levies; penalties – nice to have
- Knowledge on international freight & logistics distribution
- Computer literacy - MS office
- Accuracy and ability to work in a team
