Customer Advocate 1st Line Support - Spanish Market / Customer Support Specialist
Location: Warsaw
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with customers through email, chat and phone
- Investigating and solving customer's technical issues
- Cooperating with other departments
- Representing company and maintaining high customer satisfaction level

MUST HAVE
- Excellent customer service skills - the ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful and conscientious
- Excellent/Native Spanish
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English
- A passion for social media or web-based software
- An appreciation for easy to use, intuitive software
NICE TO HAVE
- Basic knowledge of MySQL
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Services or Account Management
