Customer Care Specialist with German or French
Place of work: Wrocław
Job description:
- Providing support for Business Clients via phone, email, chat
- Creating new accounts and updating Database
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails
- Working in compliance with Company procedures
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent German or French
- Communicative English
- Work experience is not required
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem solving skills
- Pro-active, flexible and being able to multitask
