For our Client, company with stable position on a market and office based in a comfortable location in Cracow we are searching for Customer Service Representative willing to work in afternoon shift with fluent English C2 or native level.
Your Responsibilities:

- Providing support for Clients
- Resolving customers problems and answering questions
- Managing campaigns and advertisements
- Initiating new solutions and enhancements for the team and process
Requirements:
- English language C2, preferred native or close to native level
- Previous experience within Customer Service, Customer Relations, Customer Support
- Problem solving ability
- Knowledge about Facebook, YouTube and other social media
