Customer Service Representative with German

Responsibilities:
- Acting as a point of contact for Clients ordering product
- Receiving orders from German speaking customers
- Verifying the correctness and completeness of received data
- Gathering required information in order to make sure it is in compliance with guidelines
- Entering and updating information in SAP
- Monitoring status and progress of order realization
- Creating invoices and licenses for the product and sending to Client
- Resolving customers" inquiries regarding documentation, order or other process related issues
- Supporting department in monthly closure process
- Remaining in a strict cooperation with Sales Team
- Performing other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Fluent German and very good English
- Experience in office based job, perfectly in similar field
- Higher education (Bachelor degree or at least still studying)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP- nice to have
- Attention to details an accuracy at work
- Problem solving attitude
- Team spirit and willingness to work in international environment
- Ability to work full-time
