Job Description
- Providing information to the company's Client's (Czech or Slovak speakers)
- Responding to customer's queries by phone or e-mail
- Creating new accounts in the system and generating access for Clients
- Resolving ad hoc issues regarding account on the broker platform
- Maintaining database of new and existing Customers
- Acting as a support when in ad hoc issues
- Reporting to the Team Leader
- Advanced knowledge of Czech and Slovak (preferably native)
- At least intermediate knowledge of English
- Master's degree or undergraduate (preferable banking, economy or finance)
- Experience in customer service- might be an asset
- Communicativeness
- Availability to take up a full-time employment
