For our Client, global organization, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Customer Service Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team: motivation, limiting turnover, rewarding the right behaviors, building skills and careers and good work atmosphere
- Responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of services in scope,
- Functional and personnel management of a team
- Managing business plans and budgets for processes
- Communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Measuring process performance
- self-audits and risk assessments in order to gauge processes’ maturity
- Ensuring continuous processes’ improvement and innovation
- Process improvements
- Clarifying cases and assigning them to appropriate departments
- Maintaining high level of customer service
Requirements:
- Very good command of Englsih (C1)
- Good German skills (B2)
- leadership experience
- Strong customer focus
- Strong ability to build and keep good long-term business relations
- Problem solving skills
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to deal with ambiguity
- Proven experience in Customer service
- Experience in SSC/BPO
- Process management experience
- Very good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
