Currently for our Client, international, well-known company, we are looking for Candidates for a position of Customer Support Team Leader
Duties and responsibilities:
- Participating in customer-care related processes in the department;
- Responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of services in scope, its continuous improvement (process and technology), as well as the functional and personnel management of a team;
- Managing business plans and budgets for processes in scope in alignment with the Center Lead;
- Monitor and oversee team KPI's/ performance for the team on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Provide mentoring and coaching to the team;
- Set clear goal and targets for the team; overseeing individual targets and overall performance;
- supporting team members in everyday activities.
Our requirements:
- Fluency in English, very good level of German as an asset;
- proven experience on a leader possition in SSC/BPO preferably;
- university degree;
- solid knowledge of MS Office package and SAP programm.
