- Provide data intelligence through generation of complex reports and analyses from multiple cross-functional sources to substantiate business decisions and recommendations. Deliver insight into business trends.
Gather, translate, and document complex project requirements through interface with business partners, providing alternative scenarios to resolve business issues. - Collect customer requirements, determine technical issues, and design reports to meet data analysis needs.
- Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to meet customer needs.
- Create custom reports in existing databases and systems.
- Train business partners on how to access automated reports to ensure business has ability to operate independently on standard and/or routine reporting needs.
- 2-3 years of previous experience are required.
- General knowledge of fundamental financial concepts and analysis.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with customer registry and salesforce would be an asset.
- Relevant business experience in an international environment is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills.
- University degree in Management, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail.
