Job description
As the person responsible for the leadership of our team of Consultants, you’ll be accountable for selling and delivering end to end solutions for our clients with a focus on best in class F&A processes, enabling automation/technologies, organization and people change and controls enhancement.
You’ll use your excellent organisational skills to ensure that projects are appropriately resourced and run ensuring outstanding delivery and quality.
You’ll be very flexible, adapting to the day to day changes which occur on every significant programme, and be agile in the way you work. You will also be expected to travel regionally/internationally often at short notice where required.

Main accountabilities
- Articulating the vision and value proposition to senior level clients (process x automation x transformation) – specifically targeting clients with global business services and/or SSCs
- Accountable for selling and also delivery of Business Transformation services to client
- Creates inspiring vision for change and create opportunities to develop markets/clients and adapt our business
- Thought leader on Targeted Operating Model (T.O.M) design and implementation
- Team Leadership, provide a “win-win” environment to inspire, attract and develop the best Talents
Candidate's profile
To get the most out of this role, you’ll have:
- Ability to bring market and leading practice insights in F&A operations.
- Proven experience of design and successful establishment of Shared Services operations within complex global organizations or senior level consulting with demonstrable sales success
- A passion for automation/ new technologies, large scale enterprise wide ERP solutions e.g. Oracle , SAP, cloud based
- Leadership role in a new organization set up
- Controller experience or global process expertise
- Energy, drive and resilience to overcome challenges in various contexts
- A passion for our business and constant hunger for outstanding performance
