Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. Strategic:
- Liaise with eContent experts to lead complex projects and work to set up new processes, increase service adoption, improve user experience.
- Ensure eContent standards, procedures and best practices is maintained
- Identifies and drives data issues to resolution
- Identifies opportunities to improve quality alignment across brands, tools and processes.
- Proactively analyze and identify problem areas and plan/implement steps for process improvement to impact quality and production
- Actively highlight & mitigates risks associated with new and existing processes/initiatives
- On-board & train BCO’s & Sales on process related changes or enhancements
- Ensure incidents/change request/RFI are documented & executed based on priority level. Highlight risk and alarms based on the situation if foreseen
- Identify drivers that positively/negatively affect the data and operational reports
- Collaborate on initiatives leveraging own expertise and business partners
- Excellent Communication Skills

- Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused
- Proficiency in MS Office and data capture principles
- Analytical expertise with demonstrated data management skills
- Experienced in e-Retailer content management
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to think strategically
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems requiring the use of ingenuity and creativity to formulate approaches and strategies that may fall outside of historical norms
