For our Client, one of the start-ups, we are looking for an expert for the position of:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and administering various aspects of the organization’s HR area, what includes: compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
- Taking accountability for recruitment/contracts, on/off-boarding processes as well as supervising correct pay-roll.
- Being in line with local labor law regulations, taking care about local HR documentation compliance, that everything is aligned with internal policies and standards.
- Reporting to local authorities and corporate ones.
- Ensuring that competences and performance reviews are conducted by line managers according to internal standards
- Initiating relevant competence development and training activities.
- Managing general core HR admin. and people management processes.
- Being responsible for Employee Life Cycle, implementation of SSC career path, individual development plans and trainings program.
- Providing Operational support to all HR projects across and contribute to other ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Approximately 5+ years of professional experience in the HR function ( SSC, business services area – preferred)
- Extensive experience in HR advice and counsel to senior business management.
- Very good knowledge of Polish Labor Law
- Clear understanding of HR polish related regulations, and change management.
- Working knowledge of HR metrics and best practices and ability to utilize these in driving performance improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills with good interpersonal skills & employee management skills.
- Degree with a major in HR a plus.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and data base skills.
- Ability to work independently.
