IAM / PAM Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the service delivery in the IAM and PAM domain by other IS services (e.g. directory services, RMS, PKI) and IS service providers
- Assess and decide on IAM/PAM related Service Requests (e.g. request for admin access) or Changes in Ordering and Service Management Tool, ServiceNow, and establish and maintain clear criteria for approval or rejection
- Optimize ServiceNow Processes and Workflows
- Identify and rectify shortcomings in the service delivery and follow-up and track until completion: Check regular reports (e.g. on accounts with non-expiring password or file share permissions); Identify excessive access rights in Active Directory and other ACL groups; Proactively check the environment on deficiencies in the IAM and PAM area
- Review process descriptions, procedures and work instructions on compliance with Security Policies and Standards
- Maintain directory of S/MIME certificates for external contacts
Requirements:
- Graduate level with IT focus or equivalent practical experience
- At least 4 years business experience in IT/IS
- At least 2 years business experience in Information Security
- At least 1 year of experience in the IAM / PAM domain, including AD, RMS and PKI
- Experience in change management and other ITIL domains
- Proven track record in communications
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
- Programming skills for data gathering and analysis scripts and programs
