You will administer the process of importing UFS paper products and coordinate all activities associated with distribution of goods through European Distribution Centers.

- Administer day-to-day activities associated with imports in accordance with the existing procedures and business rules
- Maintain communication with Distribution Centers operators, Customer Service, Finance and sourcing mills in order to ensure seamless process
- Support Distribution Centers in their daily operational inquiries.
- Process production orders in SAP and manage corresponding replenishments
- Resolve day-to-day process related matters
- Ensure product availability while managing low inventories and high stock turnover
- Ensure stock alignment between International Paper system and Distribution Centers IT system.
- Seek for and suggest improvements of the import processes
- Provide accurate and timely information/data for the financial month close process
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Proficiency in MS Office application
- Working knowledge of business areas such as supply chain, logistics, manufacturing and distribution would be an asset
- Customer focus and problem solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good planning and time management skills
