Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Responsible for supporting AP processes for the client
- Working on the Vendors and Employees master data updates in SAP and client applications
- Providing high level of AP-related services to the customer
- Respond to employee and vendor inquiries regarding AP related topics
- Archiving required documents
- Prepare reports for the management and clients
- Creation and timely update of process documentation
- Timely resolution of queries from external and internal customers (via e-mail and phone)
- Fluent English
- Very good Italian
- Any other foreign language will be an advantage
- Experience in customer service for international clients will be an advantage
- Excel and Word skills
- Flexibility
- Ability to work under stress in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
