Your new company
This is globally recognized company from the chemical industry, located in Tricity. Currently the company is looking for IT Coordinator.
Your new role
As a IT Coordinator you will be responsible for effective on-site service transfer and implementation. You will have to support and supervise external on-site technicians in their work. You will be point of contact between IT Service Managers, front line and end-users. You will have to make sure that instructions and documentation are up to date.
What you'll need to succeed
You have to be an experienced IT Specialist with 5 years of experience in Service Desk tool sets such as Microsoft Active Directory, SharePoint and Exchange. Moreover, you have to know ITIL Service Delivery processes and CMDB methods and tools. You have to speak English language fluently.
