IT Helpdesk Administrator
CPL Integrated Services in cooperation with our Client, global business enterprise with presence in the fields of technology and healthcare. Our client, significant player on Aviation Market is calling to all who are interested in technology and wish to move to Wroclaw, gorgeous and fast paced city of Poland, to start a promising career in prestigious European Business Centre.
Location: Wroclaw, Poland
DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Provide IT support to internal users, local and remote
• Working in a busy Helpdesk environment
• Cloning PC’s & Laptops
• Document internal Procedures
• Install, support, troubleshoot and remediate issues pertaining to new/reissued PC hardware and software
• Travel to bases will be required
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Min 3 years’ experience in a busy Helpdesk Administration environment
• Good communication and documentation skills are essential
• Good team player
• English essential
• Desirable but not essential
o Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2010, Windows XP/Vista/7/8/2008, Office 2003-2013, Citrix, Terminal Services, HP Backups, Printing, Symantec Antivirus & Encryption, HP Printers
