Our client Company, one of the biggest and the most successful IT companies in the world with an office in Wroclaw, Poland is looking for individuals who have IT knowledge, experience in IT support and would like to join the Company as an IT Service Desk Analyst.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support;
- Create rollout plans for changes requests;
- Keep track of request and make sure they are implemented as planned;
- Participate in incident handling concerning desktop changes.
Your knowledge and experience:
- Technical helpdesk experience;
- Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills and ability to successfully provide hardware/software/network problem analysis and resolution support over the phone;
- Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) and good documentation skills;
- Ability to handle unforeseen situations.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of French, Italian and English;
- Clients: Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000;
- Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008;
- Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007;
- VPN and remote dial-in users.
- Strong motivation to wrok in a dynamic international team as well as autonomously.
