Responsibilities
- Work on the scanning system as part of an engineering team
- Work independently or with colleagues on assigned epics
- Code and test to deliver things which work
- Present the team results and discuss your work with a product management
- Cooperate with software architects on the system architecture and design
- Evolve the technology and cleverly combine technical advancement and new features
Requirements
- Software Engineering and understanding of object-oriented analysis and design is crucial for us.
- You have to have analytical and problem solving skills and you know how to troubleshoot systems.
- You like and understand Java and JVM and you have experience in software development.
- Knowledge of development in Java 5 or higher on desktop, network protocols, REST services, unit testing is a must.
- It is advantage for you if you have experience with development for embedded devices. If you do not have experience, it is ok, but you should have willingness to learn it.
- We expect customer oriented and results driven approach. Common sense should help you with that.
- If you have college or university degree in Computer Science, it is an advantage, but not a must.
- Willingness to travel, even abroad is an opportunity, but not a must.
