Right now we are looking for:
Lease Manager
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed proposals for landlords for new stores,
- Optimizing the existing portfolio,
- Leading the process of lease agreement, agreements, amendments, annexes negotiations,
- Create the lease agreement, agreements, amendments, annexes based on Company Guidelines,
- Preparation and implementation of leasing strategy for a specified geographic region,
- Supporting the preparation and monitoring of the budget,
- Coordination of the leasing process including cooperation with construction department and any other departments,
- Preparation of market analysis and leasing reports.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in the area of leasing,
- Excellent knowledge about portfolio of major Landlords in the region which has under responsibility,
- Fluency in English and Polish is required,
- Valid B category driving license,
- Experience with MS Office applications (especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Powerpoint),
- Well – developed international skills with an ability of creating a friendly atmosphere,
- Follows up against deadline and milestones, balance between long term and short tern planning, prioritize time effectively,
- Analytical and strategic way of thinking,
- Excellent Client Communication and Management skills,
- Proactive, flexible and motivated personality,
- Excellent at managing people: team building, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision making.
