Primary responsibility is to respond to Collaboration 9.x licensing escalations including determining how many users the customer has already purchased, defining what license needs to be issued, troubleshooting licensing problems, and other licensing escalation response tasks.
Daily tasks:
- Establishes business metrics and reports them monthly/quarterly
- Performs data analysis tasks on customer order and license histories
- Work closely with the product management teams responsible for the products.
- Conducts searches of various database systems to locate any data regarding a particular licensing escalation support
- Supports sales and marketing efforts as required.
Requirements:
- BS degree preferred with 1-3 years of experience
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- fluent English speaker
- Team player with strong analytical , problem solving and financial skills and can clearly articulate complex and abstract ideas.
- Operations and Customer Support background would be a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity.
- Comfortable interacting with a top-notch sales force, worldwide customers, and a highly motivated PM team
