Dell Factory Maintenance Team provides support to our internal manufacturing production lines, equipement and processes of Servers, Storages, Desktop Systems production. This includes support of existing machinery as well as new introductions and design for new production lines.
Working with highly skilled engineers, you will be responsible for:
- Production lines and equipment maintenance and monitoring;
- Contribution to the design of new production lines and improvements for existing ones;
- Assistance in line and controls equipment troubleshooting and downtime minimizastion;
- Define and implementation of corrective and preventive actions in area of factory maintenance and processes (short and long term);
- Provideing deep subject matter expertise, advice and program delivery in area of factory maintenance and equipment integration;
- Providing: Opportunity/risk analyses; Cost/benefit analyses; Pricing models; Development of innovative solutions;
- Management of critical projects, customer / vendors engagements or business processes;
- University degree in area of Controls and Automation or Mechanics / Mechatronic;
- At least 5 year’s experience in area of machinery and production lines maintenance or controls systems integration in manufacturing envoirement;
- Deep knowledge of controls solutions: Simatic S7, WinCC flexible, Sinamics, both PLC & OPC layer;
- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify problems and propose solutions;
- Very Good knowledge of written and verbal English and Polish languages;
- Ability to work shifts based on quarterly prepared schedule;
- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify problems and implement solutions;
- Ability to create reports and provide updates to business operations teams;
- SEP / UDT certificate (nice to have);
- Managerial and leadership skills required to manage projects and subcontractors relationship;
- Good knowledge of EU Machinery Directive;
