Miejsce pracy: Świdnica

 

Opis stanowiska

Do głównych obowiązków osoby na tym stanowisku będzie należało:

  • Kontakt telefoniczny, poprzez czat na stronie sklepu i mailowy z klientami z krajów niemieckojęzycznych
  • Udzielanie informacji oraz wsparcie klientów w dokonywaniu zamówień
  • Obsługa posprzedażowa
  • Praca z systemem sklepu internetowego oraz wewnętrznym systemem zarządzania zamówieniami
  • Tłumaczenie treści opisów produktów i podstron na język niemiecki, sprawdzanie poprawności językowej tłumaczeń

Wymagania

  • Biegła znajomość języka niemieckiego w mowie i piśmie – warunek konieczny
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w dziale obsługi klienta lub dziale sprzedaży internetowej
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office i obsługi komputera
  • Komunikatywność, punktualność i odpowiedzialność
  • Zaangażowanie i entuzjazm

Mile widziane: doświadczenie w branży home & decor.
