.Net/C# Developer/ Leader (net/Ps/MZ)

Currently for our Client we are looking for the Candidates on the position .Net/C# Developer/ Leader.
Location: Silesian region
Responsibilities:
- Comply with Client Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct at all times;
- Collaborate with EHS IT Manager to formulate EHS IT strategy based on business needs
- Support IT application portfolio
- Propose new IT project opportunities to ensure alignment with EHS IT strategy
- Support the standardization of IT applications within EHS
- Evaluate new technologies and assess potential value to the EHS business
- Provide support on development, installation and upgrading on global products provided by EHSsoftwares/applications including LIMS
- Represent EHS on global IT working groups when required
- Based on the IT project assigned, design and deliver training programs to designated EHSstaff at an agreed upon frequency
- Improve the responsiveness and effectiveness of global IT processes
Profile:
- University degree ininformation technologies;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience on IT functions
- Knowledge of the Envi ITprocess on main product lines (Laboratory, Field, Health & Safety, Consulting, Sustainability);
- Fluency in English, other language(s) an additional benefit
Requirements:
- Knowledge and expertise in at least one major programming language; MS .Net C# preferred
- Good working knowledge of relational databases and SQL;
- Practical development experience in at least one of 3 areas: Web, Mobile, or Desktop
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written;
- Leadership skills;
- Logical and problem solving skills;
- Ability to coach people and obtain their buy-in;
- Some travel may be required
- Ability to apply judgment and adhere to Client ethics, standards and integrity;
- Good experience with Client culture is a plus in order to effectively cooperate with business colleagues.
