Your role

- ensure the timely and accurate instruction of Lifecycle Events to relevant parties and the appropriate representation in trade repositories
Your team
You will be working in the Investment Administration Lifecycle Event Processing Service Delivery Function, Lifecycle events include mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, security lifecycle events (e.g. defaults, conversion, coupon payments) and OTC and ETD lifecycle events (e.g. maturity, expiry, roll, exercise, interest payments, credit events).
The team based in Wroclaw and is part of a global function which has presence in London, Chicago, Zurich and Singapore. The team works in close conjunction with Investment Teams, external counterparties and custodians as well as various global Operations teams.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- min 2 years of team management experience
- 2-3 years minimum experience within a Corporate Action and Lifecycle Event Processing environment
- an understanding of Global Markets, Exchange practices and a wide range of Securities, ETD and OTC Instruments.
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- a strong risk-awareness mentality
- knowledge of global regulations for Asset Managers.
- the ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced team environment
You are:
- fluent in English
- adaptable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- highly numerate and have excellent PC skills, including excel
- accountable for your actions
- able to work collaboratively within a team
- able to provide constructive challenge
- delivery orientated
