Job description
- Managing a Team of Procurement Desk (including Vendor Master Data), Service Desk, Account Payable and Payments Specialists by supervising them to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to our Client with agreed SLA’s
- Coordination of update of the client documentation for Delivery team
- Manage day to day team’s issues, flag and mitigate them and manage escalations
- Daily contact with Client’s team and with teams in other locations
- Working closely with the Client (several countries for EAME region) and maintaining good working relationship
- Setting clear goals and expectations
- Day to day staff management, staff training and development
Position purpose
The purpose of the Procure to Pay Team Leader position is to manage the respective team of P2P analysts and to be the subject matter expert for the P2P processes which are in line with the client’s GPM and Technology.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong P2P background who is willing to develop both in the P2P and People Management area.
Requirements
- Good organization skills and ability to manage multiply tasks
- Able to work with tight deadlines and manage the team work accordingly
- Excellent Client facing and communication skills
- Very good people management skills (experience in team management)
- Very Good English skills is required (at least level B2)
- Good analytically skills
- Able to use financial systems according to instruction for routine purposes
- Use of Microsoft Office Software Applications
- Experience in PTP will be an asset
- SAP knowledge will be a benefit

- Experience in leading teams
- Strong people management skills
- Experience in P2P area is required
- SAP knowledge will be an asset
- High level customer service skills
- Fluent English is essential
- Very good communication skills
