Process Automation Developer

Key responsibilities:
- Analyzes client processes and identifies RPA opportunities
- Recommends RPA approach/strategy
- Develop Automations using Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Automations, BluePrism and/or other Robotic Process Automation platforms
- Lead assigned Automation projects throughout entire project lifecycle from opportunity identification to design, coding, testing and implementation
- Create solution designs / architect solutions to meet business expectations and business requirements
- Create and maintain documentation for all tools and automations
- Maintain and support existing tools and automations
- Understand and learn selected Robotic Process Automation suites and programming languages
Qualifications:
- Expert proficiency in:
- VBA for MS Office
- MS Access
- MS SQL Server
- Proficiency / knowledge of Robotic Process Automation suites (BluePrism, Automation Anywhere)
- 3+ years of experience as a developer/ senior developer in area of RPA
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies, passion for coding
- Self-motivation, project management, time-management, drive to achieve goals
- Very good written and spoken English, strong communications skills
