For our International Project Management Team we are seeking the following:
Project Management Office Administrator with English
Location: Bielany Wrocławskie
Would you like to start your career within the international company?

Your tasks:
- Creating and preparing reports and Power Point Presentations
- Tracking the project process and managing it
- Working closely with other members of the international project team
- Monitoring mailboxes, creating processes, information letters and other documentation
- Organizing online meetings and taking minutes
- Assisting the PMO Lead with ad hoc tasks
- Other administrative works
Our requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Strong experience in Excel as well as in other MS Office programs
- Good analytical skills and great precision in duties
Would be an asset:
- IT related experience
