PROJECT ROLE:
- The SCRUM Master will be responsible for coordinating and following up on deliverables within the department
- The position requires that the SCRUM Master is both capable of working closely with the Danish and Polish colleagues and also able to be self-driven
REQUIREMENTS:
- Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- Very good English language skills – allowing seamless communication
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Formal certification as Scrum Master
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs and situations
- Strong coordination and planning skills
- Ability to follow-up and be self-driven and motivated
