Full responsibility over adoption of Luxoft marketing position to needs and focus of specific client.
Full responsibility over proposal preparation process and on-time delivery to the client.
Analyze client needs, identify sale points and Luxoft advantages over competitors.
Analyze client financial reports to identify most challenging areas of their business.
Coordinate internal technical team working on the proposal.
Communicate marketing ideas to senior Luxoft stakeholders and jointly define marketing strategy.
Documents preparation:
- Prepare information focused on particular client needs (RFI response)
- Overview of Luxoft
- Overview of core services (software development, support, testing, etc.)
- Technical offerings and solutions (Big Data, IoT, etc)
- Preparing Governance Report to highlight areas of Luxoft interests or initiatives
Commercial proposal
- Portfolio management
- Prepare Cases studies on completed projects
- Prepare/update Service Offerings describing core services and industry specific solutions
Marketing background:
- Commercial experience in marketing is must;
- Experience in B2B marketing and/or marketing education are highly desired
Good written and spoken English (upper-intermediate level or higher)
Advanced PowerPoint skill is must
Artistic taste and ADVANCED PRESENTATION SKILLS (slides, schemas, diagrams), ability to present information in clear way.
Graphical designs skills (e.g.Photoshop) is a plus, but not mandatory.
High-level understanding of IT is a plus
High-level understanding of banking is a plus
Experience in pre-sale and business development is a plus
Work in creative environment of Account Management Team of Financial Services to deliver best possible offering to different financial clients.
Work will include deep research of client internal structures and demand to help shape relevant offering and materialise complex ideas into marketing materials.
