For our Client, an international financial company (SSC) we are looking for motivated candidates for the position of:
Senior Trade Operations Analyst
Location: Kraków

Responsibilities:
- Foreign Exchange trade settlement
- Ensuring that all trades are confirmed on time and that all relevant deadlines are adhered to in the processing and instructing of transactions for each product
- Establishing close, correct relations with brokers, custodians, fund accountants, various internal stakeholders and other third parties
- Perform accurate and timely processing at all times
- Build trusted working relationships via close liaison with internal cross functional global teams including Database Management, Corporate Actions, Reconciliation and IT
- Close monitoring of automated electronic trade confirmation process and systems
- Authorizing and dispatching trades via SWIFT messaging system to custodians, clients, and fund accountants
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all trade input
- Maintain up-to-date files relating to settlement practices in each market in which the clients invest
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Equity, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange and cash deposit transactions or relevant education
- Good knowledge of high risk markets and products
- Detail-oriented and motivated attitude, ability to display a high standard of accuracy and professionalism at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English (C1)
- Ability to work well within a deadline driven team environment.
- Extensive knowledge of ETC/STP, an/or experience using Omgeo CTM, GTSS (for Foreign Exchange) and local middleware matching products will be an asset.
- Very good Excel, Word and Power Point skills
