For one of our Client, a global company, due to the strategic plans of opening a new Shared Services Center in Cracow, we are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Candidates for the position of
Duties:
- Being responsible for managing teams and act as the leader and director of various SSC teams in the field of HR, recruitment, payroll and accounting, solutions strategies and new technologies
- Represent and cooperate with local authorities, provide operational support in developing the Company’s entities and the business model
- Responsible for strategic planning and setting up business goals and objectives and its execution in accordance with Company’s corporate goals and standards
- Responsible for supporting employees in various HR issues and labor law compliance
- Liable for establishing high quality service standards
- Simplify the whole implementation process for specific Company’s accounts while working with supplier partners and other various teams (Implementation Team, Customer Services Team) to provide a smooth transition
- Develop and implement complex solutions which advance the Company’s technology and grow the business
- Setting up and management of internal systems and access for business data
- Working with payroll, technology and accounting teams to ensure the smooth operation of technology and that invoicing and other payments are delivered accurately
- Cooperate with European teams by supporting the overall contractual relations and ensure compliance of contracts and develop and maintain employees’ relationships at all level of the Company
- Monitor the compliance of each contract in accordance with agreed SLA
- Research and implement specific rules and procedures related to the Company’s services in Europe
- Taking part in weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with program managers to ensure the high quality of the program and customer satisfaction
- Taking part in other necessary projects and assignments when needed
- When necessary, take part in identifying, processing, on-boarding and preparing on-going training for new employees within the organization
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional leadership experience, especially within the field of SSC
- Previous professional experience in managing shared service centers would be an asset (preferably within the workforce solutions field/HR industry)
- University degree or relevant working experience , preferably in the field of workforce solutions
- Fluency in English – is a must
- Fluency in German is highly desirable, a knowledge of French would be an additional asset
- Professional management experience within the area of HR operations/customer services/business administration
- Previous experience in supporting business in the HR services industry
- Previous experience in plan preparation for business start-ups development and/or business expansion to different markets
- Broad knowledge of local/European labor law and knowledge of HR services industry procedures and policies within Europe would be an asset
- Expert knowledge of European employment regulations
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work easily in a dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to think clearly and act with urgency when needed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, an easiness in building and maintaining relationships with business partners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to travel (up to 40 % of travel) when necessary
