Wymagania:
The successful candidate should have the following attributes
- Managerial experience within a similar size manufacturing, processing or distribution environment
- Proven working knowledge of Health & Safety and legal requirements within a distribution or processing environment
- Fluency in Polish and English language
- Experience within trade union environment
- Knowledge of Polish Labor Law
- Ability to interpret data and effectively apply outcome to the needs of the business
- Knowledge of team dynamics and the effects of a positive working environment
- Demonstrate the ability to coach, lead and motivate large teams (over 200-400 FTE) to deliver results.
- Experience of working within set budgetary and performance targeted workplace
- Able to clearly communicate at all levels (direct and indirect reports) delegating to the appropriate level
- Ability to make decisions based on evaluation of risks, impact of decision on all departments and knowledge of ‘off price’ retailing
- Ability to influence peers and senior managers
