We are currently looking for Candidates for our Client for the following position:
Special Collects Lead
Miejsce pracy: dolnośląskie/ Wrocław

Responsibilities:
- Project management, planning and monitoring daily operations
- Select and directly manage small teams of drivers and remote teams
- Troubleshooting and improving operations processes, escalate system wide issues when necessary
- Data analysis and budget control
- Monitor daily production and quality, collect and analyze data in order to recognize trends and potential problem areas
- Work with Software Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to continually improve overall operations processes
- Mentoring of new team members
- Plan and Execute contractors training and operations launches and closures
- Create, drive, and execute onsite projects that enhance the overall data collection efforts
- Create operational and logistic procedures and track implementation; experience of import export procedures of hardware equipment preferred
- Management of warehousing and inventory
- Management of project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders
Your experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Program Management; Supply Chain Management; Logistics Management
- Previous operational, international logistics or fleet management experience preferred
- Experience in project or program management with proven track record of successfully
setting up and executing operational processes. - Proven track record of success in previous work experiences (coordination, remote communication via phone, launching products internationally)
- Relevant experience including direct people management required (team lead, resource planner etc.)
- You must be able to speak, write, read and understand fluently German and English
- Experience in Marketing and Communications field or/and customer service environment will be a plus
