Currently for our Client, we are looking for Candidates for a position of Supervisor of Service Desk with English language
Duties and responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for colleague escalations, providing outstanding service in all colleague interactions.
- Own escalations from the Service Desk of potential SLA breaches involving other resolver teams.
- Collaborate with Manager to resolve existing issues
- Actively monitor and address aging tickets and tickets on the threshold of exceeding SLA.
- Constantly update knowledge management system as necessary.
- Identify service improvement opportunities to key service management stakeholders.
Our requirements:
- Fluency in English language;
- previous eexperience in a Help Desk (min. 5 years)
- experience in team supervising
- strong knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory, Outlook etc.
- very good verbal and written communication skills;
- willingness to work in the fast-changing environment.
