Provides general services, personal and administrative and/or secretarial assistance on business and project level, may include financial support on a department and project level.
You will support managers and team members in administrative and operational issues such as:

providing various office support services (e.g. purchasing and managing of facilities);

arranging and facilitating common meetings or events and writing meeting minutes if needed;

acting as the first point of contact for general and administrative queries;
-
booking travel and accommodation and taking care of the of travel cost reimbursement;
-
acting as a key user for internal community channels;
-
creating spreadsheets and presentations;
-
researching and compiling special reports, presentations, organization charts, etc.
