We are looking for an IT profesionalist experienced in multinational large-scale agile projects to join our Client, which is delivering a new, common platform for core banking products and customer data. Our Client is installing a new common IT system. Being part of the project team means that the candidate will work in a diverse, highly international environment with ambitious people, working agile, determined to reach Client’s common goal.
As a Test Data Manager the chosen candidate will define and implement Test Data Management (TDM) strategy for the program in co-operation with different stakeholders within the program. They will also ensure that test data strategy and plans are in synchronization with test environments plans and Client’s Test Data Strategy.
Main responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing effective test data service to Delivery Streams.
- Managing requirement gathering, design, development and maintenance of test data, using appropriate test data management tools and techniques.
- Ensuring the resources are secured for TDM operations.
- Enabling effective E2E testing from test data point of view – in cooperation with integrating systems.
- Managing TDM standards and guidelines.
- Coordinating the work/contact with external/internal stakeholders.
- From 3 to 5 years of Test Data Manager experience with complex systems and large scale programs.
- Strong test data management conceptual knowledge.
- Familiarity with banking: preferably with Core Banking systems and understanding of banking architecture (batch runs, multiple integration technologies, SOA patterns, etc.).
- Practice in international and cross-country environments.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Practice in leading teams.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject.
