Lead a team of Software Testers across projects and locations,
-
Define methods, guidelines and tools to be used by Software Testers,
-
Analyze the requirements and estimate test effort,
-
Cooperate with Product Owners and PM,
-
Define the test environment in which tests will be performed,
-
Analyze and approve Test Plans,
-
Define acceptance criteria for the product,
-
Some travel may be expected to development sites in Scandinavia.

Higher education (preferably IT),
-
Relevant experience as Test Manager (2+ years) People leadership experience
-
Excellent knowledge of the testing process,
-
Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal,
-
Fluency in spoken and written English.
