Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Creating and managing vendor’s accounts in the system
- Checking the data and proceeding according to defined Client Policies and Procedures
- Contact with vendors (in Russian, Polish and English)
- Checking and auditing documents
- Contact with Procurement and Financial Department
- Very good English skills
- At least good Russian communication skills (written & spoken)
- Experience in working with wide date bases
- Great Excel and Word skills
- SAP skills as an asset
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing (min. 30h/week)
- Ability to work analytically, focus on details and high accuracy
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
