For our international EMA Region L&D team, we are looking for a team member to join our Training Operations team in Warsaw and cover a maternity leave for approximately 15 months. The team is responsible for ensuring that KPMG continues to offer internal leading edge business development and leadership development solutions within the EMA region at the best logistic and organizational quality level. The role will focus on supporting the organisation and administration of courses within one of the EMA L&D training programmes.
- Source & contract venues (hotels, office/ hotel meeting rooms, restaurants), including negotiating terms & conditions
- Maintaining relationships and ensuring all contracts are in place with third-party providers and that procurement reviews agreements/ contracts as required
- Comprehensive support of the event organization as well as planning, organizing & communicating complementary events
- Preparing quarterly KPI reporting, supporting learning measurement/impact study projects
- Supporting programme leaders in developing programme’s shape and structure, focusing on developing improvements and new solutions both on the logistic and content level
- Developing and maintaining programme portal
- Feedback, project and communication coordination
- Financial coordination, i.e.: budget, invoices, financial reporting and accruals
- Preparing and managing a calendar of activities and email comms for all major stakeholders
- A degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources, economics, project management etc.
- Proven Project Management experience in a complex stakeholder environment, including timeline and budget management
- Business fluency in English is essential for this role. A good understanding of either German or French would also be an advantage
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills, diplomacy and self confidence in working with senior executives
- A strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential
- Ideally you will have had proven experience either in event management or supporting organization of training courses
- Ideally you will also have had exposure to Learning & Development programme design and/or learning measurement/KPI reporting
- Willingness to travel internationally sometimes in a year
