- Serve as a key point of contact for UBS contract managers and Chain IQ (UBS Sourcing organization) on all matters related to the vendor
- Prepare, attend and document governance meetings with vendors as well as internal contract review meetings
- Prepare internal briefing documents for senior UBS stakeholders
- Collect risks and issues from different consulting vendors and supports, coordinate follow-up actions until resolution
- Monitor contractual framework agreements, coordinates and documents change process
- Support Internal forecasting, capacity management and service request process
- Document consulting vendor management processes and prepare communications of changes for stakeholders as needed
Your team
You will be working in the Vendor Management Team for Consulting Services in Poland which handles the strategic, managerial and operational relationship with management consulting providers across UBS. The team is part of Consulting Capability and Vendor Relations team within Project Consulting & Business Intelligence (PCBI), a dynamic, driven and diverse team of consulting and sourcing professionals. The PCBI team is a newly established function set up to provide critical business projects execution, design capabilities and strategic sourcing services. The team is part of UBS' Corporate Development & Performance unit and supports all divisions and functions of the bank.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- Minimum of 4 years' work experience in vendor management, project management or compliance within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills.
- The ability to adapt and network across a global organization to work well with the team and to present well to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and to manage and deliver to deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders, ability to organize and prioritize workloads.
- Proficiency MS Office.

- Ready and prepared to face new challenges daily and embraces change and new ideas.
- Eager to learn and to solve complex problems.
- Highly driven and motivated with a can–do attitude and with a desire to drive change in the organisation.

- Fluent in English both written and spoken, other languages are a plus.
