Our Client is a developing european retailer. Due to development in Poland we are seeking to recruit a Webmaster. As a Webmaster primary you need to ensure that webshops are updated according to launch plan with the latest products, images, texts. You need to be sure that online campaigns are optimized in corelation with promotions and seasons. Ongoing evaluation and optimization of functionality and performance in collaboration with E-commerce Manager. Coordinate webshop campaigns with retail campaign plan for the different markets in close cooperation with the various business units.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Operate and develop the webshop in collaboration with E-commerce Manager,
- Set up campaigns on the webshop compared to campaing overview in all markets,
- Updating general information on the site for the respective markets,
- Plan campaigns in cooperation with E-commerce Manager,
- Ongoing feature development on the webshop in cooperation with Customer Service / E-commerce Manager,
- Coordinating the design, development, deployment and maintenance of a company’s online presence
- Cooperation with web developers and graphic artists,
- Manage all aspects of creating a website,
- Ensure that information posted on the website is credible, correct, and up to date,
- An ability to handle shopping cart software and to set up a merchant account.
Candidate profile:
- At least 2-3 year’s recent experience within a similar role, preferably working within a team,
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or related fields,
- Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML and Unix. Skills in C++ or Java would also be useful,
- Ability to plan and organise self and workload,
- Excellent interpersonal skills,
- Attention to detail is essential,
- Enjoys working in a team,
- Able to handle difficult situations professionally,
- Proven ability to work in a pressurised environment,
- Ability to overcome objection and manage conflict,
- Fluent in English and Polish, additional language as a plus.
