Application Support Officer
Workplace: Gdynia

Responsibilities:
- 2nd Line Support of HR and Recruitment modules within in-house ERP system.
- Creation of training and support material to a high standard
- Report design and delivery
- Supporting the Specification and Design of new business functionality for in-house ERP system based on daily user support interactions
- Testing of new software and system releases
- Delivering Training and Support sessions online and Face 2 Face for group sizes of 1-10 people
- Travel throughout the Office Network delivering training and providing guidance to a wide range of technical and non-technical users.
Qualifications:
- Previous relevant experience in similar role would be an asset
- Degree educated, preferably from either a Technical, Business Studies, Information Technology background.
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to engage with all levels of business
- Excellent English skills in speaking and writing
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in working as a team member to supporting an ERP or ERM system for a medium to large size business
- Understanding of Databases and SQL
- Issue tracking and management systems e.g. JIRA
- Experience of building and executing User Acceptance Tests
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong skills in modern office systems
Desirable Skills
- Report Design and Writing
- Report design using Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Cognos Reporting, other reporting packages
- ERP systems
