The person on this position will be responsible for Ensuring the continued and long term growth and success of the business, providing input to the EMEA PM (Program Marketing) and PLM’s (Program Marketing Leader) for the development of the strategic business development plan and managing the successful implementation of this plan within their respective region. The Channel marketing manager will be developing in conjunction with the EMEA Channel & Program Marketing Leader, EMEA PM’s and PLM’s marketing programs and campaigns to drive Sales and Operating Income growth with a primary focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors. Also he/she will be responsible for spearheading the successful execution of the agreed marketing programs and campaigns and developing, implementing and tracking clear ROI measurement criteria and processes for all marketing programs and campaigns. The person will be involved in providing feedback to EMEA Channel & Program Marketing Leader, EMEA PM’s and PLM’s on marketing programs and campaigns identifying what worked well and potentially what could be improved as well as working intensively to create a collaborative atmosphere at all levels within the regional sales and marketing team to realise maximum growth within the business. As a key responsibility the Channel Marketing manager will be proactively driving the introduction of new products, product categories and services within our organizations to maximize sales for new business opportunities and providing regional feedback on market trends, customer needs and buying behaviors. He/she will take care of introduction of new products, product categories and services within our organizations to maximize sales for new business opportunities and will be working with the local Sales, Marcomms and Operations team to create and implement “value add” proposition to positively differentiate the business from current and future competition.
We are looking for a person with Marketing knowledge and experience in multinational (Pan-European) business and experience in managing internal customer relationships in the Security Industry who has an understanding the different sales channels and the security products. The advantage will be a Marketing degree and a very good Project/Program Management experience within a large organization. Also we are looking for an out of the box thinking with strong analytical skills personality who has advanced English Language skills.
