For our Facility Management division with the office at Krakowiaków 50 in Warsaw, we are currently looking for a talented candidate for the position of:
Key Accountabilities:

Providing direct financial support & expertise to support the Finance Account Lead in providing best in class Management Information to both Client and CBRE management

Provide advice, assistance and guidance to FM operations personnel on all matters relating to legal compliance across EMEA, maintaining a firm approach to ensure that all policies and procedures are understood and followed

Ensure standardization in Compliance across the EMEA operation at all times
-
Implement a schedule of statutory compliance self-audits and ensure adherence to this schedule
-
Maintain an up to date Compliance asset list of items requiring a statutory inspection or certification and track reactive tasks
-
Ensure that all statutory and compliance obligations are formally documented and implemented through risk management and compliance systems
-
Support the production of a Compliance monthly report on risk items with corrective action plans to share with customer

Review and track recommendations from Compliance Asset Inspections via an action plan through to closure
-
Understand customers' business activities and needs whilst providing compliance information and support on GWS services
-
Ensure that all corrective and preventative actions are communicated to the EMEA operations teams
-
Responsible for ensuring that all statutory requirements have been fulfilled for statutory plant and equipment and/or systems, liaising with Enforcing Authorities as required

Maintain awareness and adherence to all legislation across all EMEA sites
-
Support of local FM teams in the effective delivery of Compliance through third party contractors
-
Provide appropriate support to the FM Team for emergencies or urgent issues as they arise whilst maintaining a non-operational role
-
Seek opportunities and provide advice on the development and delivery of new FM initiatives to promote continuous improvement and best practice

Promote a positive EHS culture

Acts as single point of contact for Compliance to the local EMEA Teams and to keep abreast of all legislation affecting the different Countries within the property portfolio

Maintain effective communication on all compliance and risk matters with the account team and customer

Fully accountable for ensuring that all EMEA properties are fully compliant at all times
Requirements:

Master degree in Finance/Risk Management or similar education
-
At least 2-4 years of professional experience
-
Strong attention to detail skill set
-
Team work skills and problem solving
-
Advanced in business English - written and spoken
-
Knowledge of Vendor Risk & Supply Chain Management would be an asset
